How To Use

Cleanse with mild soap and then cover lower legs about 1/8 inch thick, avoiding heels and behind knees. Cover with poultice paper, bandages or cotton sheet. This is optional. Best use if left on overnight. Rinse with cool water using downward motion to remove.
