– How soon will my order ship? Orders ship within 1-3 days

– How do I receive free shipping? Orders over $50 receive free domestic shipping

 – What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us! If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange order within 7 days from purchase date.

– What type of payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards!

– Do you ship outside the US? We love our international fans and followers! However, we are only currently shipping within the US.

– Do you offer discount codes or other promotions? Absolutely! Look to our social media pages for special insider deals and promo codes!

– Are your products dye free? We offer some products without dyes. However, we do use safe personal care dyes in most of our hand-batched products. Color is integral to our goal of satisfying all your senses!

 – Are your products fragrance free? Many of our products contain Essential Oils, however fragrance is a cornerstone for the overall experience. Some products do contain gentle fragrance oils made in the U.S.A.

 – How do I know if my product is fresh? Our containers display an expiration date (9-12 months). Due to the lack of chemicals and preservatives, we recommend using our products within 3 months of purchase for best results!

–  Do you take back containers for recycling? Absolutely! Bring us one empty jar/pot, you receive a free bath bomb! In-store & market locations only! Our jars are also recyclable!
